2. The capacity of the penthouse is limited to 5 people, with a maximum of 2 children.

3. This apartment only allows a maximum of two visitors at a time. Visitor times between 12noon to 10pm. Failure to comply will result in eviction from the property.

4. If any house rules are found to have been broken, this may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
