Delightful stay; perfect location, quiet and nicely curated room . It’s SH so it’s very expensive, which i expect and accept. One suggestion/ lose the robes and provide some coffee instead.

Cottage Cute & Great Location

Nice updated, neat, clean small cottage-styled motel. Great location with hydrangea/privet lined courtyard & free use of bikes! Easy walking distance to Southampton’s charming downtown full of shopping/restaurants. Manager was responsive, friendly & helpful. Only issue was room safe not working and lack of in-room or motel coffee/tea capability. Luckily, Starbuck’s only few blocks away! Perfect location to celebrate anything and enjoy the nearby beaches, museums, antique/fine art shows and lovely neighborhoods.

Surprise, surprise!

Lovely small FULLY and TASTEFULLY renovated motel in Southampton. Lovely touches, crown moldings, updated everything! This is not what you think of when you think of a 1950's motel. . . . very upscale. Quiet, convenient . . . Will definitely return!

Urgent claim

No hot water for first 24 hours. The hotel management knew about problem but did not disclose to customers arriving for the weekend. I had to cancel a dinner and lunch engagement because I could not take a shower and get cleaned up. I want a partial refund of the high rental I prepaid

My room was unacceptable, there was mold and the shower was flooding the bathroom all the time, the wifi did not work very well and the owner/manager was not helpful. I had to call every time we needed more towels and she was not welcoming or friendly at all. When we told her about the shower she did not show any remorse

Great location close to town. Incredibly clean and fresh. The furnishings make the most of very small space. Due to COVID there was no coffee at all on the premises.

I travel to Southampton a few times a year for work and have to be budget-conscious. This was a hard-to-find bargain! The room was very clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, A/C worked well. Having stayed at more than a few of the musty inns in the area I'm glad I gave this place a try, I will be booking again.

Clean and quiet. Small rooms but we didn't go to stay in a hotel we went to enjoy the town. Woukd certainly go back. The guy was noce enough to let us check out at 2 instead of 11

Great place to stay!

We stumbled upon the Southampton Village Motel for our pre 4th of July getaway. The manager, Thomas, was fantastic! He told us about different restaurants, beaches and sites to check out during our stay. We were able to check out bikes during our stay to get around the town. They were great for going to the beach and exploring the quaint downtown. We did have some ant issue and told Thomas, who took care of it immediately. Overall we had a fantastic time and will be sure to come back.

We had an excellent stay at the Southampton Village Motel. Tom was phenomenal in making sure we had everything we needed, and was super gracious in providing town recommendations. Clean stay especially during COVID times.
