Waterfront Playground Directly on the Peconic Bay
Every room has a water view!
Step off the back deck right onto one of the most beautiful Peconic bay private beaches, perfect for playing beach games, launching the provided kayaks or paddle boards or watching spectacular sunsets.
This home offers a large eat-in kitchen, a living room with a vaulted ceiling, and a bright dining room/sunroom overlooking the spacious deck. There are two main floor bedrooms and a full bath with a freestanding bathtub and a shower. The three bedrooms on the second floor, each have their own EnSite bath, perfect for a large family or house guests. Outside there is plenty of seating for beach side dining, a barbeque, lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and an outdoor shower.
The private community offers a private beach with a classic waterside pavilion, 3 tennis courts, baseball field and basketball court. There is bocce and even shuffleboard!!
