"Nicely appointed house. The house was roomy and there were plenty of beds for everyone. Pool and tennis court was a great addition especially for the kids. Everyone had a wonderful time. The house could use a bigger water heater as we often ran out of hot water. Owner should have an exterminator to spray for ants in the kitchen."

Private Bayfront Living, Water Views

8/10 Good
"So many great things about this rental - location (being right on the bay was incredible!), communication, house lay out. This rental is fantastic! I give it 4 stars only because there are some amenities missing for this price level, e.g. I had to buy kitchen sponges and garbage bags, all of the games were missing pieces, the outdoor cushions are ripped, the overhead fans are broken. With just a little more effort this place would be 5/5. I would still stay here again, but feel like the place can be even better (especially at this price point)."
