"Horrible room, dirt and grime everywhere. Sticky floor. Bed clearly just remade after previous guests or squatters, black hairs and pubes. Bed cushion had ominous stains! Slept fully clothed! No WiFi code despite being the selling point and even requesting it. Was told to let them know if arriving after 9pm or they couldn’t help with anything, which I did, but no response to wifi question! Weird selection of a couple of old forks, bowls, mug and the kettle didn’t work and smelled like someone...

"I got to the facility and it was being lived in. The guy on tne intercom said he had been living there for 11 weeks So contacted the feeder company and they were not available Was on foot so tried desperately to get a taxi to no avail. "Très bien situé, idéal pour un départ de croisière. > La chambre que nous avions était correcte, mais sans beaucoup de commodités ni de charme. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel et la nourriture était convenable. Le secteur est agréable : il y a un parc tout près et nous avons pu marcher jusqu'au centre-ville. Enfin, le personnel est très gentil et organise des navettes vers le port."

"Nice stay for one night at this hotel partly due to an early hospital appointment and partly to take advantage of the aircon during a heatwave! Rooms are compact but adequate with controllable aircon, comfortable beds and a good sized TV. As has been mentioned on other reviews bathrooms have a clear glass door which was fine as privacy is maintained due to the layout of the bathroom. Location is good for the airport and hospital. Parking is chargeable (£10/24 hours midweek) but is made reasonably clear when booking. Lobby and restaurant were a bit too cool for me but self service check in was efficient with staff available to help. Restaurant had a good range of dishes and service was good."

"Couple of problems initially, we were given the key to an already occupied room. We also were given a coupon for a drink, at our last Most hotel in Paris, that allowed for a small beer or wine, or a soda. Here it only covered a pre-mixed front desk cocktail, so if not your scene, you are out of luck with your welcome/thank you drink!!!! The hotel was great, staff were wonderful, even though they were coping with IT meltdowns. Room was spacious and clean. We would certainly stay again and have to accept we are not going to get a welcome/thank you drink. You can't have everything 😀"

"My son and i had a lovely stay here on my birthday and the staff and food were great. However one of the reasons I picked this hotel was the pool. When we went to go in the pool we were told children are only allowed on 4:30-6 daily! I thought that was ridiculous! When we managed to get in there for half an hour there was a teenage girl lying on one of the loungers vaping and swearing which was nice at all!"
