"Everything about our stay was great! When we arrived, the manager greeted us and could not have been any nicer! Our room was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and plenty of options. This hotel was very convenient as far as location. Only 30 minutes from the airport and lots of restaurants and places to shop close by.

is only about 10 minutes away as well. And Mayo Clinic is only about 5 minutes away. Highly recommend staying here! "

"Customer service was great, the ladies and the one gentleman I dealt with at the front desk were friendly and helpful when I asked questions about places in the area. They had a busy weekend with a bunch of teenagers staying for various sports tournaments and they handle it like pros and still made sure all guest were taken care of. The hotel itself was nice. "The pool is warm and goes to 5 feet. They always have waffles with all the kid toppings (chocolate chip, whip cream, Carmel sauce, etc…). Different types of yogurt, boiled eggs, bagels and muffins. They change up stuff like scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, hash browns, sausage patties and sausage links… The rooms were cozy with a comfortable bed. The employees were always nice and helpful… We will stay there again next time we stay in Jacksonville!"

"Loved being on the water. Unfortunately, there was a wedding while we were there and our King room with a lake view was given away but we were given a discount and still got a large 2 bed Queen with a lake view so it worked out. Can't wait to stay there again"
