"Great place to stay with the family. Water Park and other amenities are great. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect for Theme Park attractions. This was our 3rd time staying and will certainly be coming back."
Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

"We had great bartenders, worked to make the non alcoholic drinks very appealing for the children in our family with great excitement. Front desk upgraded some of our party so we had joining rooms. The buses straight to the attractions was such a plus. Also a great gym for those who work out on vacation. Third visit to Cabana Bay."
Beachside Resort Hotel

"Location was great. The front staff were friendly & helpful at check-in, but the lady at check-out never looked up from her phone. The room was a great size, and the AC was amazing! The bathroom shower pressure was just above a dribble. The hotel as a whole needs lots of TCL and updating. As of now, it was overpriced for what I got. The location and staff (for the most part) are its saving grace."

"Such a great spot to spend the night as we flew into Nashville and were heading down to the Smokey Mountains the next day. The pool was perfect for a quick dip. The breakfast was simple but the added omelet station was a hit. My only complaint would be the workout gym if you're looking for a hotel that has one. This one smelled extremely musty and moldy. No way could someone get in a workout. Great one night stop!"

"Staff very welcoming and able to answer all of my questions. Room and facilities were clean but I think the carpet needs upgrading or replaced with laminate flooring. Linens were clean. I would suggest trash bags in the cans maybe. Would definitely stay here again"

"We enjoyed B Ocean for Fathers Day weekend. The hotel is amazing a great location on an amazing beach. Great property overall checking was a disaster only made possible by Mark and Jelissia that were very helpful in getting us taken care of. Overall a great trip!"

"Wonderful ocean view, staff was super friendly , from the moment we arrived everyone treated us special. The pool and surrounding area is one of the best, great service and lots of attention. Coffee shop is super, great beverages, snacks, quick salads, meals and gelato. Buffet breakfast has lots to choose from, pastries are awesome. Lots of chairs at pool and beach."
