"Ok room, great lady operating the shuttle from airport (march 9) evening"

"Got a room for 4 people. There was one face cloth and 2 towels. Would be nice to have to rooms ready to go for guests. "

"The location is fabulous walking distance to fabulous restaurants and shopping within a block. The bus for Lake Louise and Moore stopped across the street that the hotel is modern in an excellent condition. The only fault we found was the sauna was not working the whole week we were there. The hot tub in the swimming pool were fun. The staff was great."

"Was supposed to receive some incremental perks which I did not. Place was good. Dashed expectations damaged my opinion, and staff was solid but not super customer oriented. Probably wouldn’t stay again as there are so many options in the area? "
