"After a difficult experience with the shuttle from the airport to the hotel (which is NOT the fault of the hotel), I wasn't able to get in my room. Thankfully, Mario intervened immediately and got the situation resolved quickly and efficiently. Mario is an asset to your organization. My room was very clean and comfortable. I would consider staying here again."

"Here for a vacation and this spot was fantastic. Such a great central location. Perfect for walking to Little Italy or even the Gas Lamp. Even a decent walk to the zoo. Beautiful views of the harbor and easy access to the Coronado shuttle"

"What a beautiful setting!! The best of San Diego. We highly recommend a harbor view, second floor room. It’s so beautiful and peaceful to wake up to. The staff was a little short with us at check in and not real helpful. They were not pleased that we chose to park across the street rather than pay their $22 parking charge. (Note to self for you). If you need to stay in Pt Loma or reasonably close to the airport, this is a nice place."
