"Only three minutes from the station. Friendly efficient staff used to the questions & needs of tourists. Room was clean & comfortable though there was the distant rumble of trams even on the 5th floor. A tasty breakfast was appreciated but weird to only offer bacon at an extra cost. There are no bargains in Finland but Hotel Arthur offered reasonable value for money "

The coffee in the breakfast coffee machine is not so good, but there is an espresso coffee machine at the bar. I did not like the food on their restaurant, but there are another places to eat nearby. "
