The heating wasn't working & the tiles on the bathroom floor was loose. The shower screen leaked and horrible sealant around bath & shower was dirty & coming away.

Curtain hanging off the rail in room. Looks like 3 rd world country
Poor room servicing
Receptionist Alexandra was lovely. V welcoming but obviously run ragged
Restaurant hierarchy sniffy when we asked for coffee post 10 pm but waitress was nice & delivered to us.
In my overall opinion ? Poor management & min wage staff left to run this place with little support. Just an observation but v common !
However good value & will return.
You asked my opinion & gave it.

We paid for an executive room, it wasn’t worth the extra. Bed was very uncomfortable and had a dip in the middle, hairs on the bedding and towels, toilet seat was broken, extractor fan sounded like it was about to take off, the finishing touches just weren’t there. We usually stay in a standard room and far rate them over the executive. Facilities are excellent, common areas are nice and the staff are pleasant. Not our best stay here but satisfactory.

Room was spotless bedding fresh and clean My granddaughter had asthma and allergies to dust and animals I informed the hotel and they done a great job making sure the room was of high standard excellent service and staff so helpful. great choice of breakfast something for everyone Xx

Second time I have stayed in this hotel. It’s situated next door to Liverpool Lime Street station, roughly a two minute walk, and Liverpool One is a five minute walk away. The staff on the reception couldn’t be any more helpful. The rooms are spotless. We will definitely be staying here again.
