"Good location "

"Check I was easy. Room was dirty, bathroom had what looked to be fecal on the floor, bad odor in room, stains on floor and night stand. The cafe, asked for three coffee’s they just forgot to make the other two and walked off. So the only feature that was great was location from HLSR. "

"Daniel who was the bartender on duty when we checked in could not have been nicer. Room was more than fine. Clean hotel. One thing that did bother us from a security standpoint: anyone without a key can access any floor in the hotel. This is a big security concern. "

"Our stay was good, staff was nice, the rooms were clean, the ac did not cool the room very well but that wasnt a huge deal. When we went to go down for breakfast guest were in the lobby posing and making videos in the seating area with inappropriate bits out (7 am) and the staff allowed it. Not really what i wanted my daughters to see first thing in the morning. There was also puke in the elevator and all the staff did was put a wet floor sign up. But one great thing about this hotel is they offer a free shuttle and the man that drives was friendly and very helpful. "

"No lavatory soap. No fridge"

"The room was nice but had a slight musty smell. The bath tub/shower was missing a body wash container but it was replaced at my request. I ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food and service was great!"

"Very clean, nice people work there, private parking which I love and in a safe area! We will be visiting again!"

"They didn’t have extra blankets. The bed had stains on it and some one else hair. Gross me out. They need to take their time cleaning those rooms. I had forgot my disinfectant spray. But I put a T-shirt over my pillow because of the hair and stains. My first my experience was really nice this one was not. I was very disappointed. Also I think I was over charged for the valet parking. I’ll call and check tomorrow on that!"
