"This hotel appears to be quite new. The shower was not clean. There was a stain on the carpet. No coffee maker in room. Breakfast was not family friendly—-veggies weigh white omelets and turkey sausage; pancake maker out of order. Mentioned shower on way out and was told it was “from construction.”"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The biggest problem was that the bathroom smelled and we complained the first 2 days. They did try to fix the problem but I think they have a plumping problem. It did get better and I had bought an air freshener. We stayed for 5 nights and we ate the breakfast there every morning. It was good even though it was the same thing every morning. I do feel they need to clean the outside patio areas more often, it was littered with trash and cigarette butts. The bed was comfortable and pillows were nice. Overall I would rate it 4 stars."

"We were very pleased with our stay at the Grant Hotel. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The restaurant and bar on the main floor was so convenient. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a very classy hotel in a small town and was a favorite destination for our group attending a weekend wedding nearby. We would definitely stay at the Grant hotel again!!"
