"We didn’t receive any housekeeping service during our stay. When we approached the front desk to inquire about the absence of someone to replace our towels, we were informed that we must provide a 24-hour notice for them to clean our rooms. This information was not communicated during our check-in process, which would have been helpful to know beforehand. "

"Quite barebones stay in Glendale. Housekeeping is attentive, the rooms are clean. Bed and sheets are fine, room is furnished with a decent fridge and TV - no microwave. There is no lobby, just a virtual booth for check-in and complimentary soap (highly recommend bringing your own, or going to Ralph's). Room entry in and out is quite easy, despite my dislike of touch surfaces. Parking lot fills up quickly and costs a flat rate of $10. A/C didn't work, in my experience, but I was fortunate enough to not need it. Location is ideal: close to the highway, police presence is always around, and plenty of restaurants + a Ralph's is a short walk away. I was overall pleased with my stay as a solo traveler, despite the obvious corners being cut for affordability."

"In the first room I was assigned, the shower was clogged and started filling up with water the first time I turned it on. And the room's door didn't actually lock - you could just push it open. It looked like it had been pried open previously. I asked for a change, and the staff quickly and kindly gave me a new room. The new room smelled terrible, but at least the shower drained and the door locked!"

"Nicely renovated hotel. Very clean and comfortable. No elevator, all rooms on 2nd or 3rd floor. "

"There were roaches in our room. We told them at checkout. They were supposed to have management call us back. Never did. We called them. Same thing, management was supposed to call back. Never did. Very unprofessional. No employees on premises. We had to deal with someone through a kiosk. "

"The breakfast menu very good, fruits are fresh, room is comfortable and clean,the best is plenty of water to drink and all the compliment parking is so easy,we enjoyed for staying, will back for the next time "
