"Terrible experience. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and we were unable to sleep due to the constant noise coming from the unit, which was extremely disruptive and frustrating. I raised the issue with the hotel management, but they informed me that the system was “working as designed” and that there was nothing they could do. They advised me to contact the booking provider if I had any concerns about the property. Additionally, there was no coffee maker available in the room or in a common area outside the room. This is a basic amenity that is typically provided by most hotels, and its absence was disappointing. Overall, the response from the hotel management was unsatisfactory, and the lack of basic amenities made our stay far below expectations."
