"Even after telling them I wanted my room cleaned every day when I checked in they didn’t have it done then told me I needed to come to the front desk every day to make sure we were on the list. Then even though there were two at the front desk they couldn’t bring me fresh towels I had to come get them and I was in a Camboot. "

"While I was able to check in early, and I appreciated it, I wanted to share some concerns about the room. I was placed in a room on the 2nd floor. I noticed ants in the bathroom. I'm not sure if this is the season for ants roaming around, but oh well. I woke up in the middle of the night, and I saw a roach crawling on the bureau. I couldn't wait to get out of the room. While the room was clean and the staff were very helpful, the hotel needs an exterminator. "

"Location: walkable, close to Seattle Center with grocery store a short walk away. Room: king studio was spacious, clean, and comfortable with 2 closets and a huge TV. Breakfast: lots of options and free, with a spacious dining area.There is also a snack hour with bread and cheese. Parking: underground, 2 levels and $30 per night. Gym: huge with everything for strength and cardio training equipment. Oversll, it’s a great value if you’re in downtown Seattle!"

"They seemed to be having a staffing issue when we were there. Check in and service at the bar were painfully slow. The staff was friendly despite this. Location is good as it’s close to many downtown attractions and restaurants. "
