"We decided last minute to head to London for an overnight stay. We decided on the Lamplighter on Wellington Road. We were greeted by very friendly and efficient staff, which took less than 2-minutes to check in. Our newly renovated room was very spacious and clean. We loved the seating area (living room), the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom layout was perfect. I can say with utmost confidence that upper management at this location are personable, kind and fair. We are grateful for their leadership and service. Thanks for the stay! We’ll be back."

"Hotel was very clean Nice, friendly staff Coffee in room great Only issue was, out of our 4 night stay, the room was not made up 1 day, and we had to go to the desk on another day to have it done. Nice location, great public transport nearby. Breakfast choices very good. All and all this was my 3rd stay, and it's a real 4*. Will stay there again"
