"Lobby was very clean. And the front desk staff was very friendly. The room was a pet friendly room so there was a little bit of a odour when we first walked in, but we were lucky enough to have patio doors so we just opened up the patio doors for a few minutes. We stayed with our dog, and he was very comfortable plus he was not fixated on any smell, or section of the room which typically means the room is clean. Room was decent other than being carpeted. Big mini fridge which was nice and the freezer worked too. The bedding was clean and no smells. The buffet breakfast was very good food. We were happy to be closer to the front area as we did have the dog and only one of us at a time to go to the buffet, which was just only a few steps away. Which was nice because we had to do multiple trips only because not wanting to leave the dog in the room alone. The air condition worked very well and checkout was very easy at the front desk."

"I came in with high hopes and it met my expectations and some . We had a very enjoyable stay . We stayed in a king suite , it was very spacious and comfortable, there was a balcony overlooking the atrium which was awesome . The kids loved the pool area . There is a restaurant onsite and a bunch within a very close proximity. The only downfall for us was the slide is only open one weekends so they didn’t get to use it . We will definitely visit again and would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who’s looking for a place to stay in the area ."

"This hotel is the best choice for flexible payment options and has the cheapest incidental rate I've come across. The staff are all extremely helpful and the placement of the hotel is perfect. It's a very short walk to a bus that will take you to both malls if you don't want to drive and another short walk to restaurants and shops galore. The staff are amazing and, while the price of the valet parking is a little expensive, it's worth the money to know that your vehicle is being well looked after and safe. It's absolutely beautiful inside and the outside is amazing. The care they took while restoring it and the history behind the building are both things that make me happy to see. I will absolutely be staying there every time we come to London."
