"We only stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight, but I was impressed in the time we were there. The clerk that checked us in arranged for shuttle busses both for the morning but also that night so I could return the rental car early. We also got complementary bottles of water. Unfortunately, we had to leave too early to have breakfast (coffee and tea were available) but they had started preparing it, and it smelled great! The room was large, warm (outside, it snowed for two days straight...) and tastefully decorated. The hotel is either quite new or recently remodeled. I definitely recommend it. "

"Friendly staff, easy and typical buffet breakfast. Walking distance to all major downtown Hartford attractions. Will use again if needed. "

"My only complaint is that I always seem to get the room where the people staying above me have lead feet. They stomp around all night and keep dropping heavy items on the floor. "
