Located right on the rocky shore of the Kolokita Peninsula, Budjaka Area, it brings the sound of the sea all day long – from sunrise to sunset. Admire a variety of stunning views expanding towards bays, the ancient and the new town of Sozopol and, of course, the vast sea and coastline.

The 2-floor villa is spacious enough and suitable to accommodate 6 guests. With an area of 200 m2, it has a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies on the second floor, and а large veranda of 20 m2 on the ground floor.
