8.6/10 Excellent! (130 reviews)
I’d booked and paid for a room via Expedia. When I arrived I was told that I would not be staying there as they were fully booked and they had no rooms available. They claimed that there had been a change of ownership/management the week before and even though I myself had only booked two days before my arrival they denied any knowledge of my booking. I was left trying to find an alternative place to stay at 7pm on a Saturday night. Beware of pre booking if this is how they now treat guests. You’ll find that walk in enquiries paying cash appear to now have priority!

7.2/10 Good! (113 reviews)
"Staff really friendly and helpful, beds clean and comfortable. General cleanliness was questionable. Our room needed a good deep clean, it was dusty and the shower didn't look like it had been cleaned properly in weeks. With a little time spent on it could be a lovely little find"
