"Really liked your hot tub! Clean room. Would like to see homecooked eggs instead of the packaged kind"

"Hotel Vandivort was way more luxe than I was expecting for Springfield, MO. And downtown was HOPPING on a Friday night-- cocktails downstairs and room amenities upstairs were really nice. A couple little things: 1) just one elevator to our room in the annex and the rooftop bar meant we were having to wait a LOT along with bar goers to get up and down. And although I was totally charmed that we got a turntable and records in our room, there was something wrong with the speakers and we couldn't play them :( Gorgeous hotel, and perfectly quiet inside even though it was so central. "

"The room was fine, nothing too fancy, but it was clean. The pool area (which is why we booked this hotel) was phenomenal, out youngest daughter loved it. I really enjoyed the retro look of the hotel and the Fire and Ice hotel restaurant was great. The pizza from the pizzeria was also good."
