"Clean room"

"What an amazing place to stay. The room with sitting area and fireplace was so cozy and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with the fluffiest towels. Coffee/tea and fruit always available in the kitchen area. A wonderful inn that is centrally located in Geneseo yet so quiet."

"We loved our relaxing stay at Naples Valley! House was very clean and it had everything we needed. The hot tub and fireplace were prefect and the location was close to Naples, hiking trails, breweries and restaurants. "

"I was not told until I checked in and paid that there was no elevator and I had to lug my stuff up 2 fights of stairs. I am physically able but at times travel with older folks who would not be able to do that. I got there late and the vending machine on 2nd floor did not work to get drinks. I told the desk next day. Breakfast was fresh and food area very clean. Maybe a few food items for those who arrive late to buy would be good. "

"We absolutely fell in love with this country cabin. Our family is large, and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The gourmet kitchen was a dream and made preparing meals together so easy and enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the coffee bar was such a thoughtful touch—perfect for starting our mornings. Everything throughout the cabin was spotless, which made the whole stay feel even more relaxing. We loved being surrounded by nature and having a hiking trail literally right outside the back door. Ending each night under the stars in the hot tub was absolutely magical. We spent hours bonding in the game room, and the front yard had plenty of space for us to throw the baseball around. Everything about this stay was perfect for our family, and we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful location but major maintenance issues. The Good: Stunning waterfall and creek, pet-friendly, and a well-stocked kitchen. The Bad: Unfortunately, the property is suffering from long-term neglect. Hygiene: The house had a pervasive mold smell that stuck to our clothes, and the hot tub water was milky and foamy, which is a clear sign of poor sanitation and bio-film buildup in the pipes, not just 'well water' minerals. Safety: The front door lock is failing (nearly impossible to remove the key), and the stone walkway is a muddy, slippery hazard in the rain. Maintenance: The porch door is broken, the bathroom faucet is loose, and the grill has no bottom.Note: I noticed reviews from years ago mentioning these same issues; they clearly haven't been addressed. You are paying for the view, but the house itself is a project."
