Great place to stay

Check in was simple and quick. We had an issue with the TV not working and the desk man quickly replaced it. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The beds were clean but the walls were dirty especially in the bathroom. However we were there to sleep and move on to our next destination. Rest of bathroom was clean. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, coffee, juice, buffins and apples. Staff was pleasant.

Needs a good cleaning

We stayed at a quality inn in Spartanburg. The service was great however the hotel needs a good cleaning. I had to go to the store and get clorox wipes to clean our room.

A little Tired Looking

We went with Quality Inn because we usually have good service and experience with them. This hotel was ok, and the price was very reasonable. The room looked like they had done some renovations that were not completed. It really needed the walls repainted. It looked like they had been patched, but not repainted yet. Furniture looked a little tired, but functional. Bed was very comfortable.

Been here before but not anymore

We’ve stayed here multiple times before & haven’t had any problem. It’s a convenient location for what we need, comfortable, affordable. It’s a mediocre place. After this stay we won’t be back. Bathroom was gross, shorted on towels, front desk was hanging out on the couch half the time & our non smoking hallway smelled like pot.

Not very clean

Upon checking in the front desk staff was polite enough, but pleasant. I asked him about the deposit, his reply was not to smoke in the room. When I arrived on my floor cigarette smoke was definitely present. In the room, the floor was sticky in spots, food/candy was on the floor in a few places. And I personally cleaned the toilet before using it, as there was residue remaining around the inside and outside of the bowl, and seat.

Receptionist never even stood and barely said two words as she checked us in, there was hair all over the shower/tub, room was not vacuumed, refrigerator interior was gross, bed cover was stained, light switch had not been cleaned in a LONG time…at least the bed was comfortable.

Gross, unsanitary, and unsafe

This place is DISGUSTING! I didnt expect amenties, nor do I need them. Just a clean and safe place to stay. I always carry my clorox wipes and lysol when I travel. This is the worst I've ever seen. The floors weren't vacuumed or mopped. Crumbs and dust on the tv stand. Toilet FILTHY. Sink dirty... looked like a blood stain on the carpet. I used most of my clorox wipes. Plenty of lysol, and bathroom cleaner. I showed the manager, Sanjay Savalia pictures of the filth, he offered no apologies or compensation for the nastiness. He only offered a room change. I've already used most of my cleaning supplies. I'm not about to clean another damn room. Parking lot always had multiple men hanging around the entrance... I didn't bother to check out the breakfast. I imagine it was as unsanitary as the room.
