Dear Ms. Browning, I was sorry to read that you felt your recent stay with us at The Whispering Pine Lodge was not up to your liking.We are very passionate about the service we deliver to all of our guests. This can of course is seen from the vast majority of the excellent feedback we receive on Expedia I would also like to take the opportunity to put forth our response in reply to your feedback :Room: The category of accommodation initially booked by you was one of our country lodge rooms which overlooks the mountains, since you were not happy with this we upgraded you to our Luxury loch view category at very minimal charges, a last-minute request to change the bed configuration was also entertained to ensure that you have a very pleasant stay despite of hotel being extremely busy with most of our rooms and cabins sold. Dining: We always try to assign the best possible tables to our guests & no table in the restaurant is anywhere less than 15 feet away from the kitchen, again tables are assigned on no. of people in the group & further based on the availability at the time of reservation.In the meantime, I do hope you will consider our justification & will come and stay with us again so we can get the chance to meet your expectations.Yours Sincerely Team Whispering Pine Lodge
