"Don't expect to get in at check in time I waited 2 hours. Good thing I didn't have my pet. Then said $25 to for any damage then returned but charged $46. Said they would call when room was ready as I was in casino, but I finally went to desk and they were checking in people that didn't wait near as long as I did. Very unprofessional. "

"Got there later in the day, but the staff had an off site emergency and had to close the office but there was a number to call and the manager (owner?) was super nice and explained how to access the keylock to get my room cards. Great price for the area. It's and older place, but it's clean and quiet. Rolled out early the next morning before the office opened and called the manager again regarding leaving and she told me to just leave the card in the room and was super kind and just made my day, even over the phone. It's a bit far away from the 'center' of Deadwood, but that was okay by me. Quieter."
