"TV had no sound, AC ran extremely loud all night and wouldn’t shut off room was only minimally cleaned. I’ll never stay there again."

"Our shower in our room could not stay on temperature control to be able to shower properly. Our room was facing the noisy parking lot and highway. Food was ok. Parking lot full due to a BMW sports car event all weekend. The only reason we stayed there was because EV charging was free."

"The unmaintained parking lot was the first thing I noticed as I arrived at the property. Forgivable, but then the conditions inside matched the parking lot. Unfortunately, the room had a strange odor and holes in the wall behind the door. The hall floors were dirty and the elevator was sketchy. Complimentary breakfast consisted of cold scrambled eggs and cold flavorless biscuits and Gravy. I did not utilize the bar or hot tubs."

"Don't expect to get in at check in time I waited 2 hours. Good thing I didn't have my pet. Then said $25 to for any damage then returned but charged $46. Said they would call when room was ready as I was in casino, but I finally went to desk and they were checking in people that didn't wait near as long as I did. Very unprofessional. "

"Got there later in the day, but the staff had an off site emergency and had to close the office but there was a number to call and the manager (owner?) was super nice and explained how to access the keylock to get my room cards. Great price for the area. It's and older place, but it's clean and quiet. Rolled out early the next morning before the office opened and called the manager again regarding leaving and she told me to just leave the card in the room and was super kind and just made my day, even over the phone. It's a bit far away from the 'center' of Deadwood, but that was okay by me. Quieter."
