"The staff were terrific, the rooms were a nice size but otherwise not great: very dated and dark. Location was great if you don’t want to be directly on Main Street, which we didn’t, but you can easily get downtown with the trolley or by walking. The casino portion was bigger than I would have expected due to the size of the hotel and was well staffed."

"The room was clean except for around the base of the toilet. Hadn't been cleaned for some time. There was black mould above the tub high up by the ceiling. The sink stopper was broken and seemed to have been that way for a while."

"The bedroom we had for six nights was good. The bathroom was horrible. The tub and fixtures were ancient and were not clean. We had to demand the free $25 food voucher and had to talk to people at the front desk twice before we got it."
