"The beautifully designed and furnished hotel still had a casual, welcoming feel. The owners live on site and are very polite and helpful, interested enough to feel engaged but not intrusive or nosy. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel and we appreciated the full-sized toiletries. The only negative thing I could say about the place is that there is a bit of road noise if you have the windows open. "

"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"Great spot to stay with ample parking! Check in was easy, and the room was great. Not much around within walking distance, but with a car, a quick drive away is a large grocery store and ample restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay! "

"It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. "

"Wonderful hotel with a great private spa area. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast was fantastic, with French pastries, freshly brewed coffee, fresh fruit, and lots of little extras. Highly recommend this place to everyone, who would like to relax in the French alps. "A wonderful peaceful alternative to an apartment for 1-2 people, this secluded mini-chalet-style studio has all the facilities you need and a lovely sun terrace with fabulous mountain views as well. Bed folds up into the wall and becomes a sofa for daytime in one easy 5-second movement. WiFi signal with a booster in place is strong and the speed is fast. There’s a powerful shower and a good sized washbasin in the bathroom. The kitchen has all types of appliances except dishwasher, traditional oven or freezer. The induction hob, microwave, and other modern appliances are good and the fridge is good quality and size. There’s plenty of cupboard room and an extra storage cupboard outside for skis and empty luggage etc.. The owners, Françoise and André, are wonderful and live in the main chalet next door. They’re they’re if you need them, and not if you don’t and are instantly available via WhatsApp. It is located in a very quiet area of the village, yet only 4 minutes’ lazy walk into the centre. Highly recommended."

"A well appointed apartment with a nice modern kitchen area. Information from owner was easy enough to follow & the key manager provided the details for accessing the key (despite my rusty French!)Advise bringing some Dolce Gusto pods for the coffee machine (although the nearby Spar does stock them, and is the best supermarket in Les Carroz and only 2 mins walk away) Similarly a dishwasher is present, so again bring tablets if you want.Bathroom o.k and enough hot water, as mentioned before upper sleeping area not ideal for very young children or elderly, but suited me and my teenage lads fine. Enough pots, pans etc to cook most meals. All in all to be recommended and would be happy to stay again. "
