"Terrific property. The lobby is outstanding for relaxing. Rooms are small but met all needs including a fridge. Linens were very high end, as were the toiletries. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean and neat, all felt new and well maintained. Lots of parking. Very easy and tech heavy checkin and checkout. Easy checkout extension granted until 12pm."

"We were pleasantly surprised with these accommodations, having not realized that we were getting a suite with kitchen accoutrements! Everything about the suite was wonderful and the location suited well for overnight while attending a concert at nearby Tanglewood in Lenox, MA. I gave 4 stars to the staff and 5 stars for everything else. They seemed somewhat inexperienced, but they were doing their best, I am sure, and will eventually become seasoned registration staff. After all, everyone in any job has startup routines to master. "
