Charming House "Blu House"

"Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr gemütlich. Der Garten ist super schön und hat mit Toilette und Küchenecke sowie Kühlschrank alles was man braucht. Der Fußweg von ca 50 Metern vom Haus zum Garten ist also absolut zu verschmerzen. Einzig die Situation, zumindest zu unserer Reisezeit, mit den Stechmücken und der Hitze die ohne Klimaanlage zu unruhigen Nächten geführt hat gibt hier etwas Abzug. Elena als Host war wirklich zauberhaft, freundlich und immer zu erreichen! Absolute Empfehlung!"

"Had a lovely stay here, clean room with lovely lake view, good powerful shower, only downside - it was bit noisy at night from the local bars. Parking tip - you can park in the ferry port carpark for a week for around 25 euros instead of using the hotel one"

"Ich war als Alleinreisende in der Wohnung und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage in Ceredo, der Blick aus den Fenstern und vom Balkon der Wohnung ist herrlich. Die Küche finde ich ordentlich mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien ausgestattet, Toaster und French Press sind auch da. Auf dem 2-Platten-Herd kann man sich mit etwas Flexibilität lecker bekochen, Backofen fehlt leider. Das Bad ist in Ordnung, Fliesenboden statt PVC und ein paar Aufhänger oder eine weitere Ablagefläche wären hier schön und nützlich.Das Bett ist gemütlich und durch die Fensterläden gut abzudunkeln. Schrank etwas ungewöhnlich, so eine Art Zaubererschrank auf Rollen - erfüllt aber seinen Zweck und meine Kleider hatten Platz. Der Holzboden in der Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt, hat jedoch Charme und macht die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Der Balkon ist süß, so ein typischer, kleiner Balkon, wie man ihn in Italien oft sieht, und wie gesagt - mega Ausblick. Einziges Manko ist die Lautstärke vom Restaurant unten, vor 12 ist es nie ruhig und auf dem Balkon fühlt man sich etwas wie auf dem Präsentierteller, wenn unten die Gäste sitzen. Sicher nicht jedermanns Sache, für mich wars ok.Wer die Wohnung mietet, sollte gut zu Fuß sein, sie ist über Gartenweg und viele Treppenstufen im Haus erreichbar. Kostenloser Parkplatz unterhalb vom Haus.Für mich ein gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung. Vermieterin spricht italienisch, ging auch irgendwie :))"

"À newly renovated one bedroom apartment with full kitchen capacity and AC! One bedroom and one bathroom. Located very close to the ferry, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Very convenient. We stayed for 10 days and will come back again. The only thing is the electricity power is not compatible with all ACs on when stove cooking. And the first floor here is the second floor in NA😂."

"Very nice hotel on the Lago Maggiore in Verbania! Staff was super kind to find the right room for my mother that is 82 and has mobility issues ! The area is very nice calm with many restaurants and cafe around . Great location of the hotel and from there you can also take the little ferries to visit all the Lake’s Town and little islands !"

"Très jolie maison de famille dans son style . Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Très bonne qualité prix. Bonne situation pour visiter le lac majeur. Mais voiture indispensable pour rejoindre le centre et la promenade de Verbania A recommander."
