The hotel was perfect for our 4 day stay in Split. Only negative was that it was a little difficult to find in the first instance, but the location, the room and service by the hotel staff was excellent.

We loved our stay here. The interor of the room is exactly as the photos show. A short stroll from the main area in Stari Grad and is super quiet being away from the main bars/ restaurants. Would stay again Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this property. Its location is perfect for old town and the marina. Walkable to everywhere or super close to the bus stop if needed. The hotel is super quiet at night which we really liked. Staff were very helpful with check in instructions.

We loved our stay at this boutique hotel in the charming Varos district of Split. The location was perfect—just a short and easy walk to the Old Town and Diocletian’s Palace, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Great local restaurants and cafés were right around the corner, so dining was never a problem. Parking in Split can be tricky, but here it was relatively easy compared to most central spots. The staff were absolutely wonderful - warm, attentive, and always ready with helpful recommendations. A fantastic choice for anyone wanting comfort, convenience, and a real neighborhood feel in Split.

Great Hotel in Split!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was personally escorted to my room, which was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. What really stood out was the level of service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. It truly felt like they cared about making my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Perfect little gem of an hotel just off the beaten path. Great help and assistance from checking in through to getting in a van to the airport. Quick walk to all the tourist spots in the old city and the marina. Large comfortable rooms.

Nice furnished room, very dark due to one small window. Nice of the reception to give us erley check in. One issue: the bathroom smelled bad from the pipes and the water in the shower was clogged. The water dus not sink. We told reception which fid nothing about the problem.

What a gorgeous and charming property! The location was cute and quiet, the rooms were very clean, but the stand out here was the staff. The very lovely Inna made me feel like I was home from the moment I stepped in. Such a warm and kind welcome. She really made the whole experience one I will not forget. Good area and friendly staff. 5 minute walk to the center of the city. The condition of the property was not the best. The showers leaked and the water flooded the bathroom. They did not have a fridge in the room and the wifi connection was terrible in one of the rooms.

Positives were location - just outside old town and close to lots of local restaurants. Quiet too. Negatives room and window was small so didn't spend much time in the room. Bathroom door couldn't fully open as sink too big and maid entered our room at 7am while we were asleep!

I stayed in one of several ground floor (actually semi-basement) rooms that opened directly off the relatively quiet street. Noise was a major issue. This was for three reasons: (1) a window facing street and hidden outside by shutters and inside by curtains behind desk was left ajar. Closing it required moving desk, and a shorter person would have needed to stand on a chair. (2) Noise travelled from floor above easily - everything from footsteps to phone conversation was audible at 2am. (3) During heavy rain, the gutters somehow ran internally above the bathroom ceiling creating an echo chamber of dripping water noises! The front desk was not open for all of the advertised hours. I only stayed because I got three nights for price of two and location was conveniently close to the old town but not on busiest strips.

Good location, but a few things to work on.

The room was adequate in a convenient location to all of the main sites of Split. The staff was polite. Now, three things that could have been better. The Wi-Fi did not work in our room. We were across the street from the office in room 006. Maybe we were too far. The safe in our room was rusted and unusable. And although we didn't mind the walk, our "breakfast included" was not on the hotel property. It was at a little restaurant not too far away. The food was good, but if a guest had mobility issues, or if the weather were bad, the hike to breakfast might make it more of a challenge.
