Private Bedroom #1- Beautiful early century home that has been fully renovated and is within a 5 to 10 min walking distance to the up-and-coming Kendle yards development that has lots of restaurant options and more and only another 5 min to downtown.
This house has 4 bedrooms that rent out separately, all guests share all the common areas, this includes the bathroom, kitchen and Livingroom. Every room has its own min fridge and tv.

Es war ein Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Es gibt vier Zimmer zur Vermietung, die sich ein Badezimmer teilen. Das muss man mögen. Ansonsten war alles da. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, einen Essbereich und eine Küche. Außerdem Kaffee und Tee. Wir waren zufrieden. Zur Innenstadt ca. 30 min zu Fuß.

Because of our age the continuous coming and going made it difficult to sleep so we left the day before we were suppose to leave.

Room was clean. Overall setup was fine. They have at least 2 peoe staying there permanently who have no regards for guests staying there. They run up and down the stairs during the early morning hours 0200-0500. Screwing around fixing and tinkering with there chinese scooters. We left way esrly due to being disturbed by excessive noise.

Awesome

Great place to stay with a reasonable rate. Right across the street from a COP shop in Spokane, makes you feel safe. My only feedback is more detail in getting in front door. I was not aware of how to operate the lock.
