    This centrally located property is just minutes from the Spokane Valley Mall, close to downtown Spokane with plenty of options for shopping, great restaurants, or easy access to major events in Spokane or CDA.

    Guests enjoy access to a washer and dryer and off-street covered parking.
    This is the front unit of a duplex. Please do not park in the long driveway, this unit`s parking is the concrete pad right in front of the house. There is also lots of street parking available if you have more than one vehicle. Please be mindful of noise, so as not to disturb the other residents.

    Please no parking or smoking inside of the home.

This apartment is really cozy, but so well appointed--the host (Dani) communications were clear and concise--there was flexibility for checking in and out, if needed! Don't be daunted by the outside as this is a complex in transition--ours was lovely and the cleanliness can't be stressed enough--felt like our own place. Close to food and other amenities enjoyed on vacation.

Host is very responsive and accommodating. Property is just as described. The rental is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We brought our 2 dogs and the fenced backyard was PERFECT for them. Everything you need for a great stay! Would rent again!!
