"The location is fantastic. It's a 20-minute walk to the park entrance and there are good restaurants, coffee shops, a laundromat, gas station and grocery store right on top of you. There is a spacious full kitchen if you want to cook. We have 4 people and never felt crammed. There were a lot of thoughtful touches, plenty of living room seating, bikes for rent right outside and a shuttle stop on the street. Visit the candy shop next to the laundry mat! "Cable Mountain Lodge is THE place to stay if you wish to avoid using your car to visit Zion National Park. I'll agree it's not the cheapest place to stay in town, but it's by FAR, the most convenient. You can walk to the visitor center and if you wish, you can easily ride the shuttle to anywhere in town for dining. Pool is nice, and the convenience to the market and brew pub is great."

"The lodge is currently being renovated so the manager is off site in the evening. Jo the manager is very helpful, answering questions, telling you about the attractions in the area, and how to use the city shuttle. The bathroom needs a safety bar by the tub and the heater/ac filter needs to be clean more often as there was dust in the air which bothered my allergies. The voucher which you can purchase from the manager get you a breakfast at a great price. Will definitely return to the lodge when...
