"I paid for a mountain view2 queen beds room. I also pre paid for the stay. When I arrives they had no 2 queen beds room. The explanation was they over booked and gave my room away even though I had prepaid. I would like a partial refund of my cost."

"2nd floor room. Plenty big. table and 2 chairs were nice to have. Big fridge but no wicrowave. Shower door hard to open(big shower) but leaked if not fully closed. Vent fan very loud. Location very good/central - # 5 on town shuttle stop."
