"No safety depoit boxesin the room, no microwave, shower rusty, old furniture, no night stands, no bedside lamps etc lastly we should have gotten breakfast for all three of us and we didn't."

"One of the main issues I found was with the pool situation. There is only one pool available for families with kids because the second pool is adults-only. During this past weekend, the hotel was extremely crowded, so the family pool became very packed and difficult to enjoy. Overall, the limited pool options for families were disappointing."

"The patio / pool are was not up to expectations. There were weeds growing up through the concrete, the whole patio needed a good cleaning/ power wash. There were spots (dirt/ mold?) on the concrete that required cleaning. In addition, there were sections where the screen fabric was torn and separated from the frame. There was black stains (mold?) where the water entered the pool.Finally there was one screen door that did not close properly due to a broken strike plate.Also, the patio furniture needs to be upgraded. It was of low quality and not very sturdy. An option for outside dining would have been nice as the only table was not meant for dining."
