"I loved everything about the property. I love the fact that there's a kitchen and I took advantage of that. I was sold at the lazy river and hot tub. So relaxing. So much to do on the resort, especially if you have kids, they will have a blast. I'm glad the water park was enclosed for now because there was a day when there was thunderstorms and chilly weather, especially at night. The only thing I wasn't aware of was there was 2 buildings and the Uber dropped me off at 5200 and when I checked in I was told I was in the other building which I saw it had its own desk and lobby on the 2nd floor. I had to walk over with all my luggage. The lady at check in was very courteous and helpful. This was my first time in Myrtle beach and I will definitely be back"

"Very nice room with kitchenette was great. Very quiet, clean and well maintained hotel. It’s part of the Hilton chain access to the beach and nice hot tub and pool area."

"BED BUGS-my kids were eaten up from one night stay. Reported to management and a week later I still have not been contacted. Lacking customer service. Noisy halls and couldn't sleep. Hair in shower. Breakfast was pretty good. Staffing friendly but I'm disappointed in management. "

"Property is beautiful however we had water bugs (HUGE WATER BUGS) in the hall and mold in our bathroom sink. Stayed from Tuesday to Friday. I would rate it an 8/10. Pool guy rude to about 15 mins before closing but appliances looked brand new. No bed bugs which was A major concern for me. Furniture and everything looks modern and new. Communication via text was top tier during our stay but they do message you the night before checkout via text to remind you to be out at 10 am lol. Convenient and beautiful ocean front suite. Be sure to know the difference between ocean view vs ocean front. Ocean view may just be a side glimpse of the ocean. "
