"The stove wasn’t working properly, check in lady was rude, wasn’t true sea view, hot tub never worked, the list goes on. "

"The hotel itself is somewhat dated but it was clean. Parking is across the street, typical for an oceanside hotel. There are multiple buildings as well. Only real issue was check-in. With a checkout time of 11, or room was still not ready at 4:30 when we tried to check-in. Pool atlrea and Tiki Bar were nice and the beach is right there."

"The deferred maintenance is obvious throughout the property. Showers and “hot” tubs were cold. The toilets ran non stop and when we were told someone would come to take a look, no one showed up. Water to the building was shutoff during peak hours on our first day. My wife had to work from the room and was constantly interrupted by construction above us. The property is way overpriced and there are much better options in Myrtle Beach. Definitely keep scrolling for better options! "

"Room was not very clean. Dirt on floor. Food crumbles on the couch. Soap in shower was empty. Pools were ctowded and small for z resort that size"
