"Perfect position right in town. Lots of space although the second bedroom is a little tight. We had to leave our suitcase out in the lounge area as it didn’t fit in the bedroom. "We absolutely LOVED this cottage, it truly was like a scene from a Jane Austin book. My teenaged daughter couldn’t stop raving about the setting. Plus there was a window seat so she could sit in the seat and read while she watched the rain. The only drawback is that we didn’t stay longer so that we could do more exploring in the woods and the town. It is about a mile and a half from the beach for the more adventurous. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen is very well-appointed. There is a combo washer/dryer, but as with most of these types of machines, the dryer didn’t get things terribly dry, so I ended up hanging a lot of the wash after it had already been in the dryer for an hour or two, but the washing machine itself worked very well. The washer and the dryer does get very hot, and I never found a way to get actual cold tap water, so be careful with clothing that needs cold water. I will admit however that I have never really used these types of units before so it could have been user error. Anyway we will hopefully some day return and stay for longer."
