"The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The best part about this hotel is the location and direct beach access. You can tell that at one point in time the property was a very beautiful place to stay. With that being said the rooms and buildings were very outdated and in need of minor repairs. The check in process was a horrible experience that lasted hours even after the timeframe given by the app, booking details and staff. I will say that the staff do a FANTASTIC job at getting you a parking pass and allowing you to enjoy the pool and beach while you wait. The staff all get my thanks on being patient and kind during what was a VERY busy check in. I could not do what they do and I appreciate their kindness as other people checking in were not as kind. I traveled with a range of college aged kids to age 8 and we all felt safe whilst having a fun and memorable vacation. For the affordable cost the stay was still well worth every penny."

"Our stay was wonderful. We really enjoyed it and would definitely rent again from Paula.Pros: The Property is only about a 15 minute walk to the closest beach access and right across from the lagoon. The vacation rental was clean with great parking and conveniently located. AC was great, kitchen had everything you need. The house has plenty of space for a family of 6. Cons: The dryer wasn't working. However, there's a laundromat only 4 minutes away.The box spring in the master bedroom was broken causing the bed to be uncomfortable. However, when I notified Paula she quickly made arrangements to take care of that so we could sleep comfortably. Paula was very easy to contact and always responded within a timely manner."

"The house was recently remodeled and beautiful. The location is in a quiet part of the beach, so we did not have crowds that blocked our view of the beach. The air-conditioning worked great. The deck was our favorite place to sit in the mornings and evenings. It was hot in the middle part of the day without shade on the deck. The 7th bedroom is a 3 bed bunk room with shorter than normal beds. People over 5' 10" don't fit in those beds. The property manager was responsive to our requests. The microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker did not work. They sent someone to fix the dishwasher during the week. They added a counter top microwave to use in place of the built-in microwave. The pool got dirty mid-week and they sent someone to clean the pool. The bathroom fans did not work. We were short on bathroom/kitchen towels, and they delivered more upon request. There were 5 lounge chairs at the house that we carried to the beach. We bought umbrellas to take to the beach. They provided a starter set of supplies (1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, 3 dishwasher pods, tiny bottle of liquid dish soap, bars of soap for bathrooms) so you will need to make a grocery run for all supplies for the week. Dollar General is 2 blocks away and a quick place to get ice, snacks, drinks, etc."
