"The hotel was very nice, with easy check-in and check-out. The room was clean and felt very modern. The room had a great shower, and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was amazing. Easy access to rest of the city and very walkable. "

"Excellent location - near to queen street mall, north quay ferry terminal and bridge to south bank. Quite a handful of amenities and eateries nearby. Service and comfort is good"

"We stayed over the weekend and were quite happy with our room on the 17th floor. We had a lovely view overlooking Southbank. Our only comment is that the sofa chair near the front door appeared a bit dirty, as if there were water marks or stains on it. Also, on Saturday night, we could hear loud music coming from the Irish pub below. Parking was safe and convenient—we left our car for 24 hours with easy access in and out. Thank you to the staff for the great service and hospitality.Rosanna and Tim 😊🙏"

"Was a large, clean and spacious apartment. Front desk was NOT manned as per hours displayed. Second lift was not working so at times we waited 10minutes for lift to come and on one occasion lift was too full to fit us in. Hopefully they can get parts to fix lift soon. Was great stay otherwise "
