External utility room with freezer and washer/dryer. Courtyard (shared). Sitting-out area with garden furniture. Public car park 350 yards (at cost). No smoking. Please note: There are 8 steps in the courtyard with level access adjacent.. Just 20 yards from the east-facing sandy beach of Gorran Haven. This renovated cottage, one of four, converted from a pair of Victorian dwellings with stunning sea views, is ideal for a traditional seaside holiday. Adjacent to the South Cornwall Coastal Path, which leads to some of the most rewarding cliff and beach walks in Cornwall. Picturesque Mevagissey, the Georgian harbour of Charlestown, Gardens of Heligan, Eden Project, are easy driving. Shops 50 yards, hotel with bar and restaurant 500 yards.
