- Close to a sandy beach in a rural setting with stunning coastal views. Seaside Holiday Cottage is a comfortable dwelling of rustic charm, peace and beauty. At the turn of the century, the residence of the village schoolmaster and today a place to escape and unwind. The cottage has sea views and a large private garden. Placed in the heart of the hamlet of Porthpean in a beautiful rural setting, yet minutes from the beach & amenities.
The cottage has been tastefully renovated. Ground floor - Kitchen, separate utility room, lounge, bathroom with walk-in shower, plus a separate downstairs loo. Upstairs there are three bedrooms plus another toilet. Outside is a large decked area with a family-sized patio table and a large lawned garden.
The cottage has a large gravelled private parking area that comfortably fits three cars. To the rear is a large fenced garden and decking area for your exclusive use. The cottage is in a peaceful rural location set back from the hamlet road and has direct access to the coastal footpath.
