"We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations.
No pool/spa/gym/food.
Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it.
2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place.
Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs.

The cottage was lovely and warm, very clean and organised with a new kitchen and appliances that were...

"First impression of reception was a bit of a muddle trying to locate my booking, but was shown to our bedroom which was very clean bright and airy, bed and linen looked new. Please get the small things right, window stays that don't because of the double glazing, net curtains need proper fixings,a days work could fix all the many small things that spoil the good ones. The dinning room and consevatory which is used for breakfast, are very good with fresh flowers on all tables.Cooked breakfast was very...
