"I luv the hotel, everything is right there and the room was nice and clean. The problem was it seems like after you check in you really get no help. I called front desk about the internet not working, it took twice of me calling before anyone answer (which is not a problem it gets busy) but when he picked up the phone kinda off than rushed me with his answer and hung up in my face. Now usually i would've went down and confronted him but i let it go and we went without internet for the boys Playstation but its cool cause we stayed busy outside the room. But other than that the stay was great."

"This property was the perfect one for our group as we were there to race in the Canadian Henley and the property had a gorgeous view of the finish line. The place was very clean, comfortable and perfect for the 5 of us who stayed there. The "living room" is small and not conducive for sitting and chatting with everyone but the porch on the back was our favorite spot! We could have our morning coffee there while watching the rowers practice on the course, and sit around chatting because there was enough space for all of us to sit. It was a fabulous way to wake up every morning. Location is ideal to so many things. A 3 minute drive to the Henley racecourse; easy 7 minute walk to the restaurants in downtown Port Dalhousie, the beach, the carousel, etc. Niagara Falls was about 18 minutes away and Niagara o on the Lake was about 18 minutes as well. I can't say enough good things about this place. It was absolutely perfect for our group, in every way. Can't wait to return next year."

"Simplicity with room on lower level, convenient parking outside room, and convenient location for Henley rowing regatta Staff helpful, pleasant and responsive to requests (extra towels etc) Rooms recently renovated so they are very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. "

"A clean, quiet, comfortable hotel with easy access off the Queen Elizabeth Way. Rooms are well designed and spacious. Breakfast is about on par for what you’d expect to get at a Hampton Inn. All in all, nothing really to fault here. "
