We weren’t familiar with the area, and didn’t realize we were staying across the street from a bar with a roof top open until 1am. The walls of this place are very thin, and you will hear every drunken yell. To include some one yelling at pedestrians as they walked by “HEY pick a number between 1 and 8!” Over and over and over. It was about 3 am before things quieted...
