Everything went pretty well overall. Best in mind there is no swimming pool, and the bell desk team lost all of our luggage until I expressed some anger and frustration. Then, magically, they found the luggage somewhere on property bringing us our stuff minus 2 items. By the time it was all sorted out, we easted and hour and almost missed our flight.

"Not sure how they can be classified as a spa, more of a treatment room! It’s not really one of those places where you can walk around with a robe! Very hot and small gym. Staff at reception were really nice though."
