Only a few steps away from the Harbour and a few minutes' walk to Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, the Tate and the Town Centre. An ideal location for couples and families to enjoy St Ives. At the front of the cottage is a small courtyard to sit and enjoy the sunshine.

85 Back Road East has a cosy lounge with a gas fire, furnished with a sofa, relaxing chairs and a Smart TV/DVD, together with a large selection of games, films and books. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and washing machine. There are outside chairs and a selection of beach equipment in the hallway cupboard.
