A spacious town centre apartment situated in the Historic Market Town of St Ives in Cambridgeshire. The property boasts some stunning period features due to being housed in the mews building of an 18th Century Town House. In particular, the master bedroom is light and airy with an original fireplace, decorative ceiling arches, and original sash windows and working shutters. The Old Green Chambers apartment is located in the heart of St Ives. The location is so central, with the St Ives Bridge, the Norris Museum, St Ives Market, and All Saints Church just a few minutes’ walk from the doorstep. The apartment benefits from a huge living room with three large windows looking over the ancient St Ives houses. The kitchen is a separate spacious room with a big window allowing light to flood in and fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast when you tire of the many fantastic cafes, bars, and restaurants. There is a super comfy double zip link bed (can be split into two single beds) and a single camp bed in the bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed in the large separate living room.

The bathroom is located right next to the bedroom for comfort, with fresh towels and toiletries.
We will provide you with all you need for a comfortable stay including, a Led TV, fast wireless broadband, and of course hotel standard bedding and towels.
The apartment is self-catering but to help you get settled in we provide a local selection of teas and coffee.
There is complimentary parking at the property for one car and if you require parking space for more than one car the public car park is an only a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
Guest access
Check-in is hassle-free, and after we greet you and hand you the keys, you can access as you please throughout your stay. Every guest would be required to sign a rental agreement and provide ID details before getting their arrival details. The guests have access to the entire described space and because of the perfect location access to all the city has to offer is literally on your doorstep!

Home from home. This quiet first floor property had everything we required for a comfortable stay and including private parking. It was extremely convenient for shops, cafes, pubs, public transport and the Busway into Cambridge.
We received numerous helpful communications to make our journey and arrival smooth and hassle free.
The information gain access was accurate and to the point. I had one question after I arrived and it was promptly answered.
Looking forward to coming back and staying here again.

was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Both the property manager and the owner were extremely friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to St. Ives.

Very Grand Appartment
This is a great property; big, clean, and well located for the centre of St Ives. The bed is big and comfortable, plenty of towels to use in the reassuringly powerful shower. The central heating kept out the storm that was blowing on the night we stayed.
Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and even a bottle of something fizzy were provided - fantastic!
Only two criticisms;
1. The sofa in the living room was hard and uncomfortable
2. The kitchen utensils were nasty - they wouldn't have looked out of place in a student flat, not in keeping with rest of the apartment
Really beautiful, spacious, well-equipped apartment in a great location. All beautifully furnished, and much bigger than the photos suggest! Easy to find, parking excellent, so close to everything but not noisy from the street, it's actually in a quiet location, really close to town (I gave it 4 stars not 5 as the people upstairs were really noisy during the night, but that may have been a one off). Great communication, information and recommendations from the owners. Lovely town for a short break, lots of great restaurants, cafes, walks - and of course the beautiful bridge - all just a few minutes walk away. Would stay again.
